The TaqMan® Custom Array is a 384-well micro fluidic card that enables a researcher to perform 384 simultaneous real-time PCR reactions without the need to use liquid-handling robots or multichannel pipettors to fill the card. This low- to medium- throughput micro fluidic card allows for 1-8 samples to be run in parallel against 12-384 TaqMan® Gene Expression Assay targets that are pre-loaded into each of the wells on the card. The TaqMan® Custom Array is completely customizable. A minimum order of 10 cards is required for all formats.

How to Order
| START BY... clicking the "Configure" button below. After selecting the plate format, you will be given the option of populating your plate with assays via one of these three methods: |
| Single Search |
Search for assays by entering a gene symbol, gene name, public accession number, biological process, molecular function, etc. |
| Batch Search |
Search for assays by uploading a file containing multiple assay IDs, RefSeq accession numbers, GenBank GI #s, LocusLink IDs, gene symbols, IMAGE Clone IDs, or species.
A convenient way to obtain a list of pathway-associated Assay IDs is to visit our GeneAssist Pathway Atlas, navigate to the pathway of interest, then click the "Export Plate/Array List" button. |

Select from a limited collection of expertly pre-defined gene panels corresponding to a biological pathway or target class (e.g. Human Chemokine Panel). |
