    TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays quantitate miRNAs with the specificity and sensitivity of TaqMan® Assay chemistry. A simple, two-step protocol requires only reverse transcription with a miRNA-specific primer, followed by real-time PCR with TaqMan® probes.

    How to Order
    To order your TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays, use one of the following 3 tools:

    1. GeneAssist™ miRNA Workflow Builder: Use this builder to order miRNA-specific TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays and related products such as Ambion® Anti-miR™ miRNA Inhibitors, Ambion® Pre-miR™ miRNA Precursors, Controls, and Custom Inhibitors & Precursors.
    2. Assay Search: Use this tool to order any miRNA-specific predesigned TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays and Controls.
    3. Custom TaqMan® Small RNA Assays: Use this tool to retrieve a design for any small RNA sequence (it will also inform you if a predesigned assay already exists for your targets of choice).

    Availability and Sizes
    Made-to-Order (MTO) assays are available in four different scales and ship within two weeks. Inventoried (INV) assays are prepackaged in Small scale and are ready to ship. Inventoried assays may also be purchased in larger sizes by ordering as MTO.
